Cloudflare operates a globally distributed Content Delivery Network (CDN). The content of our website is delivered via Cloudflare's network; your request is generally served by a geographically nearby data center. Since Cloudflare is based in the USA, a transfer of personal data to the USA may occur. This transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission. 5. VertooERP – Licensed Software (Self-Hosting)
VertooERP is distributed as licensed software and is operated by our customers on their own or self-rented infrastructure (self-hosting / on-premises). The data processed in the course of using VertooERP remains entirely within the area of responsibility and control of the respective customer.
In regular operation, tap & type UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not obtain access to the personal data processed within a customer instance and is, in this respect, neither a controller nor a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. The customer alone is responsible for the operation of the respective instance under data protection law.
Insofar as we may obtain access to personal data in individual cases – for example, in the context of optionally and separately commissioned setup, maintenance, or support services – we conclude a separate data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR for this purpose.
6. Fonts
To ensure the uniform display of fonts, this website uses the "Inter" font family. The fonts are embedded locally and delivered together with the website. No connection to third-party servers – such as Google Fonts – takes place in the process; in particular, no personal data such as your IP address is transmitted to third parties.
